A Little Assistance...

Just to give you a little info about the choices (from the previous blog):

Mine takes place in the Netherlands. Genre: Romance. The main character is named Sarah Tyler, whose older sister, Emme passed away a few months before from (well you find that out in the book ;)). Her aunt and uncle live in the Netherlands as missionaries, and they offer to help her out (her family is kind of messed up and she's having a difficult time dealing with her sister's death) and so she decides to try it out and live with them for a couple months, or however long she wants to. While she's there, she finds her first love (though it's rather complicated, of course), she experiences what it is like as American to be in a foreign country, and she learns how to deal with death and the fact that anyone can die at any time.

The Shadow Girl has two main characters: Lisa Keller and Selena. Both these girls were originally best friends until a church split broke apart their friendship. Genre: Tragedy/Family. For almost two years they haven't even spoken to each other. Then, on February 19, Lisa commits suicide in the girls bathroom at Clayton High (the school they both attend.) After her death, several investigations start, and Selena starts asking herself questions. As investigators dive deeper into Lisa's story, both sides of the story are revealed, as well as some other secrets.

Lily is probably one of my stranger novels. It's about an ordinary girl who mysteriously disappears one autumn afternoon. Genre: Suspense. The basic thing that readers try to find throughout the story is what really happened to Lily on that day. It has two main characters: Tanya, Lily's best friend, and Lily herself. It's a little stranger, with also many twists and turns.

Last December is my most recent novel. My idea was inspired through a dream. Genre: suspense/action/superstition. The main character is named Celeste, and she can see angels and demons. Though her gift is rare, she can't tell which is which (good or bad). However, they greatly affect her daily life. This is also a stranger novel.

The Unseen is part of a six book series. The main character is named Vanessa Krause. Genre: Romance/Suspense/Sci-fi. Her story begins on Halloween night (no I did not just recently make this one up.) In the town she lives in, three people have mysteriously disappeared on this night, all found dead. This has caused a serious hype among the people, but to Vanessa, it all is extremely annoying. However, that Halloween night, she sees something terrifying in the woods and she is knocked out unconscious. Three days later, she wakes up in the same world, but as a different person. WARNING: THE REST MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS. IT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH YOU WANT IT TO BE SUSPENSEFUL. IT IS ALSO QUITE COMPLICATED AS THE STORY GOES ON.  She soon learns that no one can see her or hear or, or even detect her presence. No she is not dead. She is part of a new race of humans, preserved from the future to keep the human race alive. They are divided into certain categories: Hunters, Warriors, Elders, and Protectors. Hunters collect human souls throughout the course of the year (yes, kill them pretty much), because this race of humans need human souls in order to live. They devour them on the Harvest (aka Halloween night) and anyone who comes in their feeding "zone" automatically becomes one of them (that's what happens to Vanessa.) Warriors protect the earth itself, by nourishing plants, animals, and elements. They have a direct link with the sun. Vanessa falls in love with Chaz, who is a Warrior, and she becomes a Huntress. However, there is a lethal feud between the Hunters and Warriors. The Elders are in charge of everyone, and the Protectors protect the races from other lethal races, trying to time travel where they are. These lethal races are designed to do only one thing: kill. Though her love is forbidden with Chaz, it also becomes even more complicated. It is possible to destroy an Unseen by sucking out their souls, however this can only be done with Hunters and Warriors. Warriors suck out Hunters souls, and visa versa. However, their race is also linked to nature, in which, if a Huntress and a Warrior were to fall in love, terrible things would happen to the world around them (natural disasters, etc.) It is an extremely complicated story, but quite interesting all the same.

Distorted is about abortion. It is set in the future, in a point in time where medical advancements are so great that an aborted baby can be healed (if the mother gives birth to them alive - which does happen - though it is rare.) Genre: Romance. In this story, there is an organization that deals with babies who live through the abortion process. If a baby lives after an "attempt" abortion, then they can be healed through medical advancements. However, they are so badly scarred, that they remain distorted for the rest of their lives. This means that they are highly frowned upon in society, to the point where, once they are healed, they are sent to the Isolation House to live in isolation for the rest of their lives. The main character, Silas, tells the story through his eyes. He is the first person to ever escape the Isolation House, and being a genius, invented a rather clever disguise. Through this, he meets someone, someone who will change his life forever.

In His Eyes is told through Missy Parker's point of view. She's popular, she's pretty, and selfish. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. Also, he doesn't ever notice Cam, until she starts having strange dreams about him. Through these dreams she starts piecing together somethings that no one had ever noticed. Through it all, she discovers a secret behind Cam - one that changes her life forever.

How is this going to work??

So, the main reason I made this blog was to share my books that I enjoy writing with the rest of the world......(or in this case two of my friends o.O). So, since there are only two of you right now, I want to know what exactly you want me to post (if you want me to post anything at all. If you don't that's totally fine too.)
Here is the list of books I am currently writing right now:
Mine
The Shadow Girl
Lily
Last December
The Unseen
Distorted
In His Eyes
13
I don't know. Maybe you could choose like one title that sounds kinda interesting (I know it's not much), but then I could give you info about the characters/plot and you could see if you wanted to read it. (NOTE: I'm not done with any of them, and some of them are still in the serious "in the making" stage.) I could post little snippets of parts here and there.
Could I just have some feedback on what you want me to do?? Thanks! :D

Green Potatoes

So I visited a college this weekend - which was AMAZING :) :) - for the visitors weekend. And of course, I had another gypseh moment while I was there.
My cousin goes to this college (that's how I know of it) and we were eating breakfast with her roommate, Michelle. Michelle was eating things like french toast sticks, bacon, sausage, and these two round brown things which I thought were potatoes ---- :P
My cousin and I finished before her, and we watched her eat. When it was time for her to get to the "potatoes", I watched as she dug her spoon in and then green juice came out. I said, "Ewww! It's GREEN!" and Michelle looked at me and said, "yes, it's green." I was like freaking out, so I said, "but there's green juice coming out of it!" By the time I said that, she opened it up and said, "well yeah, it's a kiwi, what do you expect?" I ended up explaining to her that I thought it was a potato. Oh gypseh :p when we left, she packed a "potato" for me. :) lol
I learned something this weekend :p

The Gypseh Guide

So, I am making a gypseh guide at the request of many of my friends. :) Here is a sneak peak (if you will) of the cover page and a small portion of the beginning.

Enjoy :p

The “normal” peoples guide to….

THE GYPSEH

WARNING: May not be suitable for all ages. Especially children and old people.

By: The Gypseh

Definition:

You may have heard of one before, or even seen one for that matter…but what, you may ask, what is a gypseh?

Well.

A gypseh is many things.

1. One important thing you must know about a gypseh is that...there is only one. One gypseh. Yes, you heard me right. ONE gypseh in this whole entire universe. That’s not much. Did you hear me right? Well, than I shall repeat it, just in case. Just to help start you out. There is only ONE, I say, ONE, I tell you, ONE I repeat, gypseh!!!!!

Quiz question: how many gypseh’s are in the universe? (HINT: look at the paragraph above. If you still can’t get it, imagine three letters in your head, in this EXACT order – o…n…e…)

2.  A gypseh is one who contains its feelings. A gypseh does not share its deadly secrets or mystifying characteristics with “outsiders.” Gypseh’s just don’t do that.

3. A gypseh is loud. The gypseh language may not be suitable for everyone. WARNING: Possibility of hearing loss is possible.

3. A gypseh can get very confuzzled. Gypseh’s have no sense in what they are doing, saying, or thinking. And they get easily offended. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OFFEND A GYPSEH. CONSEQUENCES ARE LETHAL.

Ok, well the gypseh is tired of making little body paragraphs now, so it’s going to wait for a little while, because there is so much to say about gypsehs.

The technical definition is:

A gypseh is a one of a kind being that lives in a big air bubble, gets confused easily, has unexpected mood changes, delayed reactions, dramatic attacks, and a loud language.

Gypseh’s also like pie.

Gypseh Moment............

Yesterday, I had a HUGE gypseh moment! It was crazy. I ended up going to school with two different shoes on. One was purple and the other was blue. Unfortuantely, I didn't realize this until AFTER I got to school and class started. Luckily, no one went up to me and said, "You do realize your shoes aren't matching." In fact I pointed it out to most of my friends.
Still, altogether it was a gypseh moment.
This morning, I double checked and made sure I wore the same shoes. I do wonder though, if I've done this same thing before and never realized it........*shudder*
Oh gypseh......

The Butler Did It...

So the other day in my American Character class, we took a test on a play we read called "The Crucible." (Good play by the way.) Well, after I finished, I went back to my seat and pulled out a Sherlock Holmes book that I was reading. My friend (Princess Rhea) let me borrow it and I started reading a part of it. Besides, it would take a while for everyone to finish and I wanted to get a good start on it.
Anyways, it was dead silent in the room, and my teacher was sitting in the middle, so I was facing him sitting sideways (if that makes sense.) I opened up the book and started reading. As I was reading, my teacher moved the student desk he was sitting in towards me, and the scrape of the desk legs on tile filled the room. At first, I thought he was just adjusting his desk or something. He paused for a long second, and then did again, this time closer to my desk. He did the same thing - again and again. And again. I decided to finally look up and he was literally right there. Literally, inches away from me.
"What are you reading?" he asked me eagerly. I answered him by showing the binding of the book, with the large, black block letters that spelled out THE ORIGINAL ILLUSTRATED SHERLOCK HOLMES.
I had already attracted enough attention, but he didn't seem to notice. Instead of going back to his original spot, he yelled "Oooooooh!" He yelled this so loud, everyone in my class looked up from their tests. When he realized that he caught all of their attention, he whispered to me, "good for you!" I thought he was done, but then he added, "And....the butler did it."
Mental note to self: Do not bring Sherlock Holmes to English classes.

This is kind of random, but I once have seen this teacher outside of school at Culvers wearing a little red-hood riding suit with his grandma. Awkward is an understatement.
BAH.
